Michael Cleeman is Senior Managing Director of Cohen & Company, Inc. Real Estate and has been with the firm since 2002. With more than seven years of expertise, Mr. Cleeman specializes in properties located in Florida and throughout the Southeast.

Noteworthy transactions include the purchase and sale of five grocery anchored retail centers located in Florida (in West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Orange Park, Dade City and Titusville). Anchor tenants included several Publix, Kash n' Karry and Winn Dixie stores, as well as several other national credit tenants.

Mr. Cleeman brings a wealth of business experience to every transaction including deal valuation, transaction management, negotiation and financial analysis skills. He is frequently solicited for his real estate valuation expertise for properties located in the Florida and Southeast markets.

A native of New York City, Mr. Cleeman holds an MBA in Finance from NYU's Leonard N. Stern Graduate School of Business. He holds a real estate broker's license, a mortgage broker's license, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
