Lou Ginsberg is Managing Director and joined Cohen & Company, Inc. Real Estate in 1994. Mr. Ginsberg has over twenty years of sales brokerage experience and specializes in selling shopping centers along the East Coast, as well as multi-family properties in Manhattan and the surrounding New York markets.

Mr. Ginsberg's success is a result of cultivating and maintaining direct personal contact with his clients and providing them with the necessary discretion during the sales process. He emphasizes a diligent understanding of the property, enabling him to develop a clear and compelling rationale for securing a buyer.

With more than two decades of experience in the industry, Mr. Ginsberg is able to accurately assess a property and understand the critical elements of a transaction, as well as to pre-qualify prospective buyers for his clients. Most of his clients are long-term owners including the original developers of the property.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and has done post-graduate study at the NYU Real Estate Institute.
