Shilp Shah is Financial Analyst for Cohen Commercial Properties and is responsible for evaluating and underwriting new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shah served as associate broker for Sperry Van Ness/Small-Shah Commercial Advisors in Virginia, specializing in the sale of convenient store gas station and hospitality properties across the eastern United States. Since 2006 he has successfully completed over $16,000,000 in sales transactions.

Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing his post-graduate study in Real Estate Finance and Investments at New York University’s Schack Real Estate Institute. Mr. Shah holds a real estate broker’s license in the state of Virginia and is a candidate member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
