Arthur T. Miles is Director of Property Management for Cohen Asset Advisory Corp. and is responsible for the day to day operations and management of the firm’s Northeast portfolio of shopping centers and third party management contracts.

Miles brings with him over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miles served as the Director of Property Management at Lakewood, New Jersey based Paramount Realty for seven years, where he successfully managed a portfolio of over 4 million square feet of commercial shopping centers located throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. At Paramount Realty, Miles also served as project manager for the expansion of shopping centers in Marlton, NJ and Bensalem, PA.

Miles also successfully ran his own property management firm, ATM Property Management located in Brick, NJ for 10 years. Prior to that, from 1979-1998 Miles served as Vice President at Cenlar Federal Savings Bank. He was awarded and recognized as the “Cenlar Top Sales originating and closing 1990-1998” for residential mortgages.

Mr. Miles attended the University of Maryland and Union & Ocean Colleges. Miles holds a real estate broker’s license in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a Visitation Church Choir Member and is involved with the Alliance for Lupus Research.
