Our leasing team constantly seeks to enhance the value of managed properties through various leasing strategies including improving tenant retention; enhancing tenant synergy and mix; and increasing the presence of credit tenants.
They are sophisticated and experienced in analyzing and developing an effective market strategy to identify and procure the most suitable tenant opportunities for a property for the long term. This includes determining which tenant and tenant categories are the best candidates for a particular shopping center, as well as for a particular location within a shopping center, and may include remerchandising a property to secure new and even stronger tenants in the future. Our objective is to find the optimal tenant mix to increase traffic, tenant sales and support higher rents.
